Tim’s “Mashed” Cauliflower

Have potatoes without having potatoes

For those who want the taste of potatoes without actually eating potatoes, this is a good compromise. Cauliflowers are very low glycemic, so it is a good substitute.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • Seasonings: Season to taste

Steps

  1. Break up head of cauliflower and place pieces in a steamer.
  2. Steam cauliflower until cooked al dente (have to leave some texture to enhance the flavor)
  3. Season to taste, this varies by the taste of the person
