There are many ways to earn money. They all require time and effort. The most common way is to trade time for money. This includes the job (just over broke) that most of us have. There is a better way to earn a living, it involves working with others through network marketing.
Just Over Broke (Job)
The most common way to earn a living is being hired by someone else. You are trading your time for the money you earn. Each of us have 24-hours per day, there is a limit to how much we earn based on how much we are paid for that time. As you proceed with a company, you will probably be put in charge of locations or other people (management). This will increse the amount you are paid, but it is still a limited amount.

Knowing Your Why
To succeed at anything, you need to know your why. What motivates you to succeed, whether it be earning a living or enjoying your time away from work? It is nice when you can do what you enjoy and earn a living at the same time. Having a strong why excites each of us to do our very best.
What is Network Marketing?
Network marketing is often called Relationship Marketing. It works best when you find people with whom you enjoy being together. It is best when you get to know the person before going into business with that person. As trust grows, the network becomes stronger.
Why it is good for companies?
The reason the company with whom I work entered network marketing was to keep the cost of the products lower. Regular distribution channels cost money. Think of the soda you buy at a restaurant. The manufacturer earns about two cents per drink. How much do you pay for that soft drink? What percentage of the end cost goes back to the manufacturer? With network marketing, the direct seller earns a reasonable amount per sale, but a fraction of the cost to go through retail channels. A side benefit is “free” advertising. The company provides excellent materials which I can use. The only advertisement that is usually done is “word of mouth.”
Why it is good for each of us
I set my own hours. It requires work to build, but it can be done according to my (or your) schedule. Currently I have another job, so I can work my business on my own time. When the business grows enough, it can replace regular income. I like to work with people with whom I get along. The company offers incentive trips, and I would like to know the people with whom I travel. I would not be without the products the company manufactures. The compensation is fair. They make sure new Brand Partners have the opportunity to earn money quickly.
